3 Ways to get a Flat Belly

Every one of us dreams of having a well-toned, flat tummy. It is difficult to achieve, particularly for people who spend most of the time behind a desk. However it isn’t impossible, it will be sufficient to get to know a few simple exercises for a flat belly in order to present it after a few weeks with pride.


Sit ups are the most popular exercise when it comes to improving the look of our bellies. Lie down on the floor and bend your knees. Firmly lean feet against the floor, and include the neck with hands. Next pull the kneesto the chest, remembering that feet must stay on the floor. It is possible for that purpose to ask somebody for help. Do full sit ups so that muscles of the entire belly work.


Sit on the floor and lean at the back on lightly bent hands. Lift straightened legs up, and then widen them and link back. Add variety to the exercise by performingcrosswise or oblong scissors.


As regards the flat belly, doing bends is quite effective. Stand in the straddle position on lightly bent legs, wreath hands above the head and we perform the deep bend into the side, not twisting the torso in addition. Keep waiting in such a position for a few seconds and repeat exercise with the other side. Gradually deepen the bends.
