The best good way to grill fruit is to wrap it into aluminium foil with a piece of butter so it stays soft. To prepare crunchy fruit they should be peeled first and grilled without the addition of butter. Perfect fruit for grilling: bananas, apples, pears, plums, apricots, and even avocados.

Another recipe for two portions of grilled fruit. Ingredients: two juicy pears and peaches, 100 g of strawberries and raspberries, 4 tablespoons of acacia honey, large lemon, and 8 leaves of mint. Put washed fruit cut into pieces into a bowl and add a large spoonful of honey, half a teaspoon of butter or fat sweet cream. Peel lemons, cut them into halves and squeeze juice into the bowl, and mix all ingredients together. Chop the lemon peel, add it to the bowl, and mix again. Prepare large piece of aluminium foil and fold it in half. Bend three sides of the foil at about 2 cm, but leave one section open. Place a portion of fruit inside with two leaves of peppermint and grill until they are soft and swollen. Enjoy your meal!
