The recipe for grilled vegetables

Before grilling vegetables they should be washed thoroughly, peeled and cut into pieces for easier and even grilling. All the pieces of vegetables should be of the same size and thickness, that is no thicker than 2.5 cm.

Vegetables need to be soaked in cold water for about half an hour before grilling, then drained and smeared with oil, so as not stuck to the grate. To prepare grilled eggplants cut them into smaller pieces, soak them in water for about 30 minutes, dry them, grease with oil and grill for two or three minutes.

Grilled garlic is another delicious proposal. Preparation: cut out the part of root of the head of the garlic, grease it with olive oil and place on a grill. Grill for 10 minutes, until it browns. Another suggestion: grilled mushroom. Rinse mushrooms and dry them. Then grease them with olive oil, place them on a grill and grill for 4-5 minutes (smaller mushrooms) or 6-8 minutes (larger ones).
