Very healthy ginger

Ginger is often used as a delicious, very aromatic spice for sauces, meat, to fruit and vegetable salads. It is also a very effective medicinalremedy. Ginger medical (Zingiber officinale) comes from the ginger family (Zingiberaceae). For many years it has been used in traditional medicine in China, India and Arabia.

Ginger contains a resin and essential oils that are therapeutic. Intense aromas of ginger essential oil depends on the component oil, or zingiberol. Burning, sharp, burning, slightly bitter taste is associated with the presence of resinous substances in ginger. Ginger improves digestion, increases the secretion of saliva and bile.

The active compounds influence the protection of the gastric mucosa, protects the stomach against the formation of ulcers.Ginger causes alleviating nausea, and nausea for motion sickness. It is also effective in the prevention of nausea and postoperative vomiting after anesthesia. Ginger has anti-inflammatory and analgesics, it may be used to treat rheumatic diseases.
