Recipe for a potato mask

To prepare the mask you will need the following components:
two large potatoes,
half a cup of milk,
average plain yoghurt,
one egg yolk.

How to use the mask

To make a mask from potatoes you have to boil two large potatoes in their skins, then peel them. After peeling the potatoes, mash them thoroughly with a fork in a deep plate. Add half a cup of milk, plain average yoghurt, and one egg yolk. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly to obtain a homogeneous mass. Apply the mask on the face, neck and décolleté and leave for 20 minutes.

Cover your face, neck and shoulders with gauze soaked in warm milk. Then wash off the mask with warm milk, or spring water. The mask can also be washed with carbohydrate mineral water, or boiled water, warm, or cold. Apply some moisturizing cream on the cleansed skin and gently massage. This potato mask perfectly smoothes, nourishes, cleanses and tones the flagging, gray, tired skin.
