So drink at least 2.5 liters of still water a  day. A great idea is to drink a glass of water before each meal.

This will make you less hungry and as a result you will eat less. Adding to the water a few drops of freshly squeezed lemon juice will speed up the metabolism. Eat a lot  of soups, but only those which are light, not with sour cream added. Drink unsweetened fruit juice and green tea. It is also recommended to drink tea made from wild rose. It is rich in vitamin C, which accelerates metabolism, and has some diuretic properties – will help you excrete water  from the body. Diet is not all however. If you want to achieve really good results, you have to begin to exercise.

No need to do a heavy exercise, just a half-hour of aerobic day should be sufficient. It will not only work positively for your figure, but also will make you feel happier. Try to exercise everywhere you go. Instead of going for a slow walk, start running or marching quickly. You can also practice while standing in line at the store. A great workout is a regular retraction and ejection of the abdomen. With this simple exercise you not only strengthen your muscles, but also significantly decrease the stomach size, and it’s also good for metabolism. Drawn your belly in as deeply as you can and hold it for a few seconds, then pushed it out quickly. This exercise, done regularly, will help you to get rid of body fat from the abdominal area and significantly improve its condition.
