How to clean the mud stains?

Polish roads are often in poor condition and its even worse during autumn, winter and spring, with mud, snow, and ice.It is really easy during those times to get dirty from mud.

Mud stains are quite difficult to eliminate. Mud which really stuck to the structure of the fabric, will cause a lot of trouble with the removal of dirt and completely cleaning cloth. To get rid of patches of mud and dirt, you can use special powders and liquids, water ammonia, water and vinegar. A thick layer of mud can be scraped off with a knife and then cleaned with a brush. Mud stains should be cleaned dry.

If the stained material is shiny, there is no need to use brush, but gasoline, or vodka may be useful. If after cleaning, the bright material, stain is still visible, you can try to clean it softly with white bread. After such procedures, the fabrics should be washed thoroughly.

To eliminate mud from silk or wool, it should be wiped with water mixed with some egg yolk. Always wait patiently until a mud stain dries out, and do not try to clean a wet one. Then, scrape off as much as you can from the fabric. Afterwards, use the stain remover. You can also try to clean stain with an alcohol and then use a liquid detergent.after cleaning with detergents, you can try using a hot iron, to let the mud to spall.
