Grilled vegetables and mushrooms

Ingredients: processed cheese, sliced hard cheese, bits of butter, four large potatoes, two onions, two red, yellow, and green peppers, celery, parsnip, carrots, two leeks, 1/2 kg of champignons, 1/2 kg of mushrooms, a few white sausages.

Vegetables should be washed and peeled. Potatoes and onions should be cut into slices. Cut peppers into fairly wide and long straps. Cut parsnip, leeks and carrots into slices. Cut mushrooms and champignons into quarters. Cut the surface of white sausages with a knife, so that fat could drip out during grilling. Sausages should be inserted into the aluminium foil together with pieces of butter, processed cheese, hard cheese, and vegetables.

Ingredients should be grilled for about 30 minutes on a medium hot grill until sausages are juicy, slightly crispy and golden.Sausages can not be burnt, because burned food is very unhealthy. Dish can be served with coffee, herbal teas, red wine, white wine. It tastes great with ketchup, mustard, horseradish, olives.
