Recipe for a mask from yoghurt

To prepare the mask you will need following components:
one medium yoghurt with raspberries and peaches,
one ripe peach
one ripe apple,
one cucumber
a handful of ripe raspberries,
one teaspoon of multiflorous honey,
five large tablespoons of lemon juice with pulp.

How to use the mask

Peel the apple and cucumber thoroughly and then grate them to obtain a homogeneous mass. Put the ingredients into a deep dish. Peel the peach and mash with a fork in a plate. Mash a handful of ripe raspberry to create a smooth paste. To these ingredients add one average, plain yoghurt with raspberries and peaches, one teaspoon of multiflorous honey, and five large tablespoons of lemon juice with pulp. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly to obtain a slurry.

Apply the mask on your face, neck and décolleté for 20 minutes, then cover the whole with gauze. After twenty minutes, wash off the mask with warm milk, or spring water. You can also wash the mask with carbohydrate mineral water, or boiled water – warm or cold.
