Stearin and paraffin stain removal

Stain removal from stearin or paraffin should start with scraping the top layer.

Then, put a lightly damp cloth under the stain; it will absorb the water well. On top, put a paper towel or a tissue.
Now iron the stain; the iron should be warm. Every now and then change the paper and the cloth, so that they are always clean and continue ironing. Stearin and paraffin should be absorbed by the paper.
The next step is wiping the stain with a swab saturated with petroleum ether. After that, the stain should be completely gone.
