These marks will disappear, however, after some work. Begin with removing a layer of wax. Then, wipe the stain with a cotton swab saturated with denatured alcohol. The next step is to wash the fabric in the traditional way. You can use denatured alcohol instead of methyl alcohol. Stain on the carpet can be cleaned with carbon tetrachloride. Another method is to clean the material with a paste made from potato flour or talcum powder and a carpet cleaning detergent. Put it on the stain and wait for it to dry, then carefully vacuum the carpet.
