Diet for a good sleep

As the name implies, this diet is designed for people who have trouble falling asleep or with frequent waking up during the night and is an alternative for any sleeping medication, which firstly are not indifferent to our body and secondly after some time can be addictive.

Stress, addictions, lack of exercise and poor diet and living in perpetual rush is the most important cause of the growing problem of urban population with insomnia. A few people know that certain foods can hinder sleep and cause us to wake up in the night and even fewer are aware that with proper diet, you can have all these problems effectively and for a long time away from each other.

This diet is not only contrary, but actually should be recommended to anyone who runs fast and busy lifestyle, because it may sooner or later collapse into sleep problems. A good diet consists in among all products that contain large quantities of vitamin C, so for example- freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices, as well as products that contain a lot of magnesium: nuts, bananas, cocoa, or sesame and soybeans.

It is recommended to pass on the fried foods cooked in water or steamed. Absolutely we have to avoid coffee and tea, especially very strong, alcohol and soft drinks, cancel or significantly reduce the amount of saturated fat consumed, which include cheese and red meat.
