Weekend Diet

Not all of us have enough perseverance and patience to endure long-term diet, which is a challenge for a man who like eat tasty foods, and demotivate by the fast, that clearly visible results are available only after a period of several weeks.

For those people who do not survive on a diet for more than three days, Dr. Marek Bardadyn developed a solution consisting of a period of refraining from eating ordinary weekend meals and replacing them with fruit cocktails, it takes a short time, because only for 3 days, it gives visible results, and after its completion does not lead to a yo-yo. Of course, due to the fact that the diet is quite draconian, it should be used by the person whose health may be adversely reflect it, but if in doubt, it is essential to consult it with your family doctor.

Diet starts on Friday afternoon and begins from the fruit cocktail, mixed with fresh buttermilk, plain yoghurt or kefir. For dinner, you must eat fish and salad and the vegetable cocktails. This cocktail can be prepared in much larger quantities, would serve us all weekend and it should be stored it in the refrigerator. During the weekend, for example, we can eat muesli with fruit and yoghurt, smoothies with tomatoes, onions and cloves of garlic, smoked salmon salad with rice, herbs to taste, as well as salads with carrots, celery, lemon juice and herbs, cooked in fish vegetables, fruit cocktails such as raspberries, strawberries, cherries, buttermilk, and lean meat, lettuce, cheese, yogurt, bran and flaxseed.
