Recipe for a seaweed mask

To prepare the seaweed masks you will need:

  • a bowl of seaweed salad,
  • a few leaves of lemon balm,
  • Chamomile tea,
  • five tablespoons of oatmeal.

How to use mask

Mash the seaweeds thoroughly in a deep plate with a fork to get a uniform, fairly smooth mass. Add five tablespoons of oatmeal and mash all over again with a fork. Cut the lemon balm into small pieces and sprinkle over the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Brew the tea with chamomile and allow it to cool. Then pour ten tablespoons of chamomile tea to the bowl, in which there are other ingredients. Thoroughly mix all the ingredients again until you get a homogeneous mass. Apply the mask on your face for about 20 minutes. You can cover it with gauze so that the mask adheres better to your face and it does not fall off. After twenty minutes, wash off the mask with spring water or carbohydrate mineral water. You can also wash off the mask with warm milk, or boiled water – warm or cold.
