Dyes are not easily washable. They are difficult to remove from clothing, towels, carpets. You should always keep in mind that for dying only old towels should be used, as well as plastic foils on your back, old clothes and rubber gloves. It is not worth risking staining your furniture while dying your hair, so do not do it in close proximity to those. Dying can be carried out while sitting on a stool in the kitchen or the bathroom or the corridor; in a place that has tiles on the floor. Before removing the stains, check what the label says about the use of a chlorine-based bleacher.

The first method of dye stain removal consists in the following: mix 3.5 liters of cool water with ¼ glass of chlorine-based bleacher. Keep soaking the stain in such a solution for around 30 minutes. Then rinse the fabric and wash it as usual. The second method of dye stain removal is the following: mix 3.5 liters of cool water with a glass of ammonia. Stir it well. Stretch the dirty clothing on the edges of the bowl. Pour the solution through the stained fabric. Rinse the fabric. Wash it as usual. The third method is related with removing stains from the carpet. Mix two glasses of cool water, a spoon of dishwashing liquid and a spoon of vinegar. Soak the white cloth in such a solution and then apply it on the stain. The stain has to be soaked in the solution. The cloth should absorb the dye and thus remove it from the carpet. It is important to turn the cloth, so that it always sticks to the stain with its clean side.

Repeat the procedure until the stain disappears. Use a different cloth, soaked in clean water, to wash the stained spot, so that you remove the residue from the solution. If the stain is persistent, soak it in ethereal alcohol. It should soak into the remaining bits of the dye. Be careful not to colorize the carpet. Repeat the procedure with a different cloth to remove the residue from the solution. You can also try mixing two glasses of cold water, a spoon of dishwashing liquid and a spoon of ammonia. Soak the stain in such a solution until it is dissolved. Check whether the ammonia did not colorize the carpet.
