Do not wait until they dry. Sprinkle a thick layer of talcum powder or potato starch over the stain. Leave the fabric for 24 hours. After a day remove the remnant talcum powder with a clean, dry brush. If the stain is still there, prepare a mixture of talcum powder and petrol. Put it right on the stain and leave to dry. When the talk is dry, clean the stain with a brush until completely it is completely gone. The stain should disappear. If not, then repeat the procedure.
