Preparation of grilled Thai chicken

Ingredients: one large chicken breast (about 40 dag), two thin leeks cut in slices, two large peppers cut into strips, one hot chilli pepper, one teaspoon of ginger, one cup of broth, one teaspoon of oil, one teaspoon of curry, 3-4 teaspoon of soy sauce, coconut milk, one teaspoon of sugar, salt, pepper, herbs, turmeric, ground ginger, sesame, sunflower.

Put chicken breast on aluminium foil with vegetables and spices, pieces of butter, processed cheese, and cheese. Grill it for about 25 minutes. Ready-to-eat chicken should be crispy, soft, juicy and slightly golden. You can pour it with soy sauce or coconut milk. It tastes great with grilled potatoes, rice or bread. It can be served with tomato salad with cucumbers, slices of onion, garlic, chives, finely chopped parsley, dill, and cream. And with red wine, white wine or champagne.
