Recipe for a mask from papaya

To prepare the mask from papaya you will need the following ingredients:

  • one papaya fruit,
  • one apple.

How to use mask:

Wash and peel the skin of papaya fruit thoroughly. Then cut the flesh from the center of the fruit, remove the seeds, cut the fruit into small pieces and shred in a blender, or crush with a fork until a uniform mass is formed. Wash the apple thoroughly and peel the skin. Grate it exactly until a uniform mass is formed. The ingredients are mixed together in a large, deep plate. The mass obtained in such a way may be sufficient for several treatments, if it is stored in the refrigerator. For one mask you will need just one spoon of the mass. We put the mask accurately and evenly on the face, and leave it there for about 10 to 20 minutes, depending on the degree of sensitivity of the skin. The more sensitive the skin is, the shorter the mask should stay on. The mask is perfect as a scrub for the face and neck. Papaya contains a powerful enzyme that can dissolve oil and remove dead skin cells.
