Recipe for olive mask

To prepare olive mask is you will need the following components:

  • one big ripe apple,
  • one ripe avocado,
  • one banana
  • one large handful of green olives,
  • three tablespoons of olive oil.

How to use mask

Peel the apple, banana and avocado and then grate the apple on a grater, until a uniform mass is created. Mash the avocado and banana thoroughly with a fork in a deep plate until a homogeneous mixture is created. Pits should be gouged out of the olives and mash them with a fork on a plate. To these ingredients add three tablespoons of olive oil. Then, mix thoroughly all the products together to obtain a homogeneous paste. Apply the mask on your face for about 20 minutes. Then wash off the mask with warm milk, or spring water. You can also wash the mask with carbohydrate mineral water, or with boiled water – warm, or cold. The mask perfectly regenerates and moisturizes the skin. It is suitable for women of all ages. It can be used throughout the year.
