Nutty diet

Nuts are very tasty and it would be hard to find someone who does not like them and also in addition, although the fact that they are quite high in calories and contain fat, it is unsaturated fat, which is less harmful to our body.

They are an important source for the vitamins E and C, as well as linoleic acid and also contribute to reducing the amount of bad cholesterol fraction, and thus act antiatherogenic. Nutty diet consists in the fact, that to our every meal, we just add nuts, enriching the menu. This diet is right for everyone, but of course you need to make sure in advance that you are not allergic to nuts.

Sample dishes that can become part of our daily diet meals are: for breakfast- yogurt or kefir with nuts and honey, for dinner- pasta with nuts, chicken stuffed with nuts, and various thick soups – sauces and dishes from the grill.Support can be traditional, such as we had eaten before, but it must contain a large number of proteins, which may be not included in other foods that we eat according to our diet. This way we can eat even for a long time, because when we carefully choose foods, we supply our bodies in all essential food components. If between meals we feel hunger, we can cater them by small amounts of nuts, which we can have on our person for these cases.
