There is a diet that is based in great part on our consumption of carbohydrates, which in turn this is the complete opposite.

Almost total elimination of carbohydrates from your daily meals are the benefits of almost immediate increase in fuel for our bodies accumulated in the fat stores. In this respect, it is therefore very similar to the Atkins diet, but it is also much more radical, also carries with him a lot more threats to our body, which can occur after about 2 – 3 months of treatment and in extreme cases may even take the form of stroke brain.

For this reason, people who go on a no carbohydrate diet should always be preceded by a detailed research and medical consultation. It is also prohibited for children and teens, largely because it deprives them of glucose. In this diet menu is made up in the main part of animal fats and vegetable oils, to be accompanied by vegetables such as lettuce, spinach, parsley, leeks, cabbage, celery, kohlrabi, onions, tomatoes, beans, pumpkins, turnip greens, peas, zucchini, and cucumbers.

At the end of the diet, which can last from 3 to 4 months you can go back to previous eating habits or stick with the no carbohydrate diet with increasing intake of sugar, but it must be remembered, that it  cannot be eaten together with animal fat or eggs.
