New Year’s resolutions – how to keep them

All of us long before the New Year’s Eve prepare  plans and resolutions for the up-coming year. However, a very few manage to persevere  their goals and finally meet them. What to do, to be able to keep your New Year’s resolutions?

First of all, do not set too many goals. It’s good to have the ambition, however, it cannot outgrow your capabilities. Set a number of small targets that you will be able to realize in 1-2 months. It is also important for you to give each of these objectives  one month for realization, do not try to implement few things at one time.

Maximum attention in one month will make you work really hard to achieve it. It’s good to get yourself some reward system. If you achieve your goal successfully reward yourself, because in the end you deserved it. The good motivation is also to tell about your decisions to your friends. Even if they do not believe that you fulfill them, you will  achieve satisfaction, by proving to them that they were wrong.
