This is not a lot, and at the beginning, body will rebel, but you have to take the wait out, and after a few days it will calm down.

Sugar should be completely eliminated from the menu, no matter in what form, as well as fatty meat, which we should replace by skinny meat, in addition eating in smaller quantities, it is also worth to like fishes and brown rice. Every day you should drink two liters of still mineral water, which can be supplemented with lemon juice, sweet drinks or juices are not allowed.
