Mask from oatmeal to moisturize dry skin

Dry, flaky skin is a problem for many women.

The recipe for the oatmeal mask

To perform oatmeal mask you will need the following components:

  • oatmeal,
  • yoghurt or buttermilk,
  • five tablespoons of multiflorous honey,
  • chicken egg white,
  • one large ripe tomato,
  • lemon juice with pulp particles,
  • three tablespoons of olive oil.

How to use mask:

Mix half a cup of oatmeal to get a fine powder. In another bowl, mix a quarter cup of plain yoghurt or buttermilk, and five tablespoons of multiflorous honey. Peel the tomato skin and mash it with a fork in a bowl. Add egg yolk, lemon juice with pulp, and three tablespoons of olive oil. Then add the mixed oatmeal. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until a uniform, almost smooth mass is created. Apply the ready mask on a cleansed face. Try not to put the mask on the eyes, or near the eyes. Leave the mask on your face for about 15 minutes and after 15 minutes wash it off with warm and boiled water. You can also rinse the mask with spring water or carbohydrate mineral water. Alternatively, you can wash off the mask with warm milk. Oatmeal is cheap. Oatmeal is a great component of home masks.
