Recipe for a mask from oatmeal and milk for neck care

To prepare oatmeal masks the following ingredients are required:
five tablespoons of oatmeal,
egg yolk,
two teaspoons of lean natural yoghurt
five tablespoons of milk.

How to use mask

Mask with milk and oatmeal is designed for oily skin care. It is suitable for face, neck and décolleté. It perfectly cleanses and tightens the skin and improves blood circulation. To make a mask, carefully grind five tablespoons of oatmeal in a coffee grinder. Then whisk the egg white to a fairly rigid foam, and then mix it with oatmeal, add two teaspoons of natural lean yoghurt and five tablespoons of milk. Then, distribute the paste on the face and neck, leave it like that on the skin for 20 minutes. When the mask dries, remove it gently with a dry tissue. Then wash your face with warm and then with cold water. You can wash your face with mineral, spring or carbohydrate water, or with milk. Mask may be used by women of all ages. Such a mask can be used no more than once a week.
