Recipe for a mask from linden blossom

To prepare masks from linden flowers you will need the following ingredients:

  • two tablespoons of chamomile flowers,
  • two tablespoons of lime flowers,
  • two teaspoons of lavender,
  • one teaspoon of sage.

How to use mask

Grind two tablespoons of chamomile flowers, two tablespoons of lime flowers, two teaspoons of lavender, one teaspoon of sage in a bowl to create a fine powder, then pour a small amount of boiling water to make a thick paste. Cover the whole for a moment in order for the herbs to soak well. Then pour a little of boiling water and put the ready, warm mass on the face, leaving the eyelids and neck. Cover the mask with gauze so that it lies well on the face, and then leave it for 20 minutes on the skin. After twenty minutes, rinse with warm boiled water – warm or cold. Mask can also be rinsed with carbohydrate mineral water or spring water. Alternatively, you can wash your face with warm milk. The mask can be applied once a week in the early spring.
