Recipe for a mask from ginger

To prepare masks with ginger you will need the following ingredients:

  • two teaspoons of powdered ginger,
  • some non-carbonated mineral water,
  • an avocado,
  • an apple.

How to use masks

Two teaspoons of powdered ginger should be mixed with a small amount of water, so as to obtain a homogeneous mass. Avocados should be thoroughly washed and peeled, mashed with a fork in a deep plate. You also need to peel a washed apple and grate it to create a soft mass. All ingredients must be mixed thoroughly to obtain a homogeneous paste. The finished mask can be applied on the face, neck and shoulders for 20 minutes. The mask can be fragile, cause temporary burning, which may last a few minutes. After twenty minutes, wash the mask with lukewarm, boiled water, or spring water. Apply a layer of gentle moisturizing cream on the cleansed face. You can also wash off the mask with warm milk. The mask works great as a cleansing and disinfecting preparation. This mask can be used by women of all ages.
