Recipe for Raspberry mask for the hydration of different skin types

To prepare raspberry masks you will need the following ingredients:

  • large handful of fresh raspberries,
  • one teaspoon of rice flour,
  • wheat bran,
  • chicken egg yolk,
  • two tablespoons of fat cream,
  • two tablespoons of honey.

How to use mask

Makin raspberry masks is simple. Rice flour needed for such masks can be gathered from milling the rice in a coffee grinder. Use a spoon to mash the raspberries in a deep plate, add wheat bran, egg yolk, one teaspoon of rice flour, two tablespoons of double cream and two tablespoons of honey. All ingredients must be mixed thoroughly to form a uniform, smooth mass. You do not have to pick raspberry seeds, you can put them on the face with a mask for about 15-20 minutes. You can wash the mask off your face with a cotton swab soaked in milk, or carbohydrate mineral water. Later, you can smear your face with moisturizing cream. Raspberries nourish the skin well, because they contain a lot of vitamins – A, E, B2, PP, and mineral salts.
