Recipe for a mask made from flax and cottage cheese

To prepare masks with flax and cottage cheese you will need the following ingredients:

  • three large tablespoons of flax seeds,
  • five tablespoons of cottage cheese,
  • seven tablespoons of non-carbonated mineral water,
  • gauze.

How to use masks

Three large tablespoons of flax seeds should be mashed in a coffee grinder. Pour the resulting powder with flax seeds into a rather large salad bowl. Then add five tablespoons of cottage cheese, and seven tablespoons of non-carbonated mineral water. Mix all components thoroughly to obtain a uniform, relatively smooth mass. Leave the mask on your face for about 20 minutes and cover it with gauze. After twenty minutes, rinse your face with cool spring water or boiled water. You can also wash your face with carbohydrate mineral water. Then apply a gentle face moisturizing cream. This mask can smooth all skin types. It cleans pores, softens the skin very well, and also alleviates skin irritation. The mask is soft and can be used by women of all ages. This mask can be used throughout the year.
