Recipe for a mask with vegetables and milk

To prepare the vegetable mask you will require the following components:
fresh cottage cheese,
two teaspoons of fresh cream,
one carrot,
one apple,
one cucumber
two tablespoons of multiflorous honey,
two tablespoons of olive oil
ten tablespoons of milk.

How to use the mask

Peel the apple, cucumber and carrots, then rub in order to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly in a deep plate. To add components: five tablespoons of fresh cottage cheese, two teaspoons of sweet cream, two tablespoons of multiflorous honey, two tablespoons of olive oil, ten tablespoons of milk. Again, mix thoroughly all of the ingredients to obtain a uniform mass.

Apply the prepared mask on your face for about 20 minutes and cover it with gauze. Then wash your face with warm milk, or carbohydrate mineral water. You can also wash your face with spring water. Alternatively, you can wash your face with warm or cold boiled water. You can spread a gentle moisturizing cream on your cleansed face. The mask is suitable for women of all ages, it nourishes and softens the skin.
