Recipe for a mask from rosemary

To prepare masks from rosemary you will need the following ingredients:
oatmeal,
almonds,
rosemary,
a bit of boiled water or mineral
juice from half a lemon with pulp.

How to use the mask

Oatmeal is great for cleansing and nourishing the skin.
Pour boiling water over one teaspoon of rosemary leaves, then brew for about fifteen minutes, and finally: drain. In a separate bowl, crumble two tablespoons of oatmeal with your fingers and add almonds ground in a mill to them. Pour the infusion of rosemary into the bowl of oatmeal. Use as much infusion as you need to get a thick, uniform paste. Add more juice from the pulp of half a lemon and mix again thoroughly all ingredients of the mask.

Wash your face thoroughly and then warm it with a warm towel. Then apply the mask on your face for twenty, or even thirty minutes. Wait until the mask dries. Then wash your face with warm milk, or spring water. You can also wash your face with carbohydrate mineral water, or boiled water, warm or cold.
