Recipe for a mask made from gelatin and fruit juice

To prepare the mask from gelatin and fruit juice you will need the following components:
one tablespoon of gelatin,
half a cup of fruit or vegetable juice.

How to use the mask

To prepare this mask vegetable or fruit juice can be used. For dry skin this can be apricot, or carrot juice, for all skin types cranberry juice is appropriate, whereas for oily skin tomato, grapefruit, or lemon juice is the best. The mask from gelatin and any of the above juice kinds provides a feeling of fresh, smooth skin, and nourishes the skin, and makes it glow. Firstly, place gelatin and juice of your choice in a bowl, then stir and put in the microwave. When the gelatin has dissolved, remove it from the microwave and leave to cool.

Then insert the gelatin in the refrigerator to cool the mask down. During that time, the gelatin will get thicker. Apply the mask on your face and leave it on for fifteen or twenty minutes. Then wash off the mask with warm boiled water. You can also wash the mask with carbohydrate mineral water or spring water. At the end apply gentle moisturizing face cream.
