Recipe for a mango mask

To prepare masks from mango you will need the following ingredients:

  • one large ripe mango,
  • one large ripe avocado,
  • two tablespoons of natural yoghurt,
  • three teaspoons of double cream,
  • five drops of 3% hydrogen peroxide.

How to use mask

Peel the mango and avocado. Mash the fruits thoroughly with a fork in a deep plate, to obtain a homogeneous mass. Add to these ingredients two tablespoons of natural yoghurt, three teaspoons of double cream, and five drops of 3% hydrogen peroxide. Mix thoroughly all the ingredients until you obtain a homogeneous mixture. The mask can be applied on the face for about 20 minutes. Then wash off the mask with warm milk, or spring water, or carbohydrate mineral water. You can also wash your face with warm boiled water, or cold. Then smear your face with a gentle moisturizing cream. The mask is suitable for women of all ages, and is especially recommended for people who have dry, vascular skin. The mango mask moisturizes, soothes and strengthens blood vessels.
