Lemon Diet

This is very radical cleansing diet, which some time ago was particularly popular in the United States, thanks to its author, Theresa Cheung.

It is a detoxification diet that effectively clean the body of any toxins that every day accumulate in our bodies when we eat unhealthy or too quickly, and often both at once. Unfortunately it cannot be recommended for everybody, due to the fact that it is quite radical should apply it only to healthy people, and even in the middle of it, they must refrain from major physical effort, which can quickly deplete the body. As a snack twice a day we can allow ourselves for one banana or dried fruit.
