How to prepare the marinade for grilled vegetables?

Both meat and vegetables can be grilled. If you prepare appropriate marinade, they will have unique flavour. Vegetables can be also great sides to various meat dishes.

Ingredients for the marinade to vegetables: a bunch of parsley, 1 tablespoon of dried red pepper, 1 tablespoon of grated onion, 1 tablespoon of salt, 300 ml of olive oil, plastic container, aluminium foil or trays. Rinse parsley thoroughly under cold water and dry it. Remove tough stems and chop the leaves finely. Crush red pepper in a mortar. Onions need to be grated. Pour the prepared ingredients into a small bowl and mix them thoroughly. You may add salt and olive oil, and mix them again.

Ready-made marinade should be poured into a plastic container in which vegetables will be marinated. Add the previously prepared and chopped vegetables to the container. Vegetables need to be rotated several times that they get all soaked in the marinade.
