How to prepare sauces for grilled meat?

Sauces are perfect for grilled meat. They suit best to pork-neck and steaks.

Ingredients: two large tomatoes, one red or white onion of a medium sized, one red pepper, one chilli pepper, ½ cup of olive oil, juice from a large lemon, two cloves of garlic, one handful of fresh chopped basil, one handful of chopped parsley, one handful of chopped coriander, salt, and pepper.

Sauce tastes great with any kind of grilled meat. Blanch tomatoes, cut them with a knife and peel them. Remove the core, seeds and juice, and then chop them into cubes of any size. Peel onions and cut them into pieces. The same should be done with peppers. Garlic has to be carefully peeled and cut. All ingredients should be crushed and mixed thoroughly. Sauce should be made in such a way that its consistency was not entirely uniform.
