How to prepare grilled mushrooms?

To prepare grilled mushroom you need caps of mushrooms or champignons. Other ingredients: 1 cup of olive oil, ¼ cup of balsamic vinegar, ¼ cup of soy sauce, 4 peeled and crushed cloves of garlic, and 1 finely chopped onion.

Blend all ingredients together. Mushrooms should be cleaned and their stems cut out. Caps need to be soaked for a few seconds in the marinade and put on a sieve to dry of excessive moisture. Mushrooms should be grilled for about 10 minutes on a well heated grill. They need turning during grilling. They are very tasty and smell good. Enjoy!
