How to prepare grilled courgette with mushrooms?

Grilled vegetables have completely different flavour than those traditionally prepared at home. Outdoor eating is good for appetite, especially when you can eat and relax in your own garden. Grilled courgette is not only finger-licking delicious, but also easy to prepare.

Time of preparation: 40 minutes. Calorie content: average. Ingredients: 4 small courgettes, 30 dag of champignons, 2 onions, 1 red pepper, 1 tablespoon of butter, 1 bunch of parsley, 2 tablespoons of oil, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon of bread crumbs, 15 dag of cheese, salt and pepper. Cut the courgettes lengthwise and hollow them out to make some room for the stuffing. Hollowed-out courgettes should be lightly salted and set aside. Fry the courgette pulp on butter. On the other pan fry the finely chopped or grated champignons with the finely chopped onion. Champignons should be fried for a while, until all the water evaporates.

At the end add chopped pepper and fry it for 5 minutes. Mix champignon stuffing with the courgette pulp, add chopped parsley, raw egg and breadcrumbs. Additionally, you need to add salt and pepper. All ingredients should be mixed thoroughly. Fill courgettes with the prepared stuffing, place them on a tray and grill until they get tender. At the end sprinkle courgettes with grated cheese and wait until it melts.
