How to prepare grilled bacon with apples?

Ingredients: three large apples, a suitable piece of bacon, vinegar, cold boiled water, salt, garlic, seasoning for grilled dishes. Bacon should be cut into large slices 2 cm thick.

Wash apples, peel them and cut out their cores. Throw away seeds, and cut apples into quarters. Rub bacon with garlic salt and leave it for a while to prepare marinade. Pour cup of water into a bowl and add half a teaspoon of garlic salt, 2 tablespoons of vinegar and 4.5 tablespoons of grill seasoning. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Rub the bacon with the marinade and leave it for a day.

Bacon should be put in aluminium foil together with pieces of processed and hard cheese, stripes of red, yellow and green, pepper, pieces of sliced onions and garlic. Grill it in aluminium foil for about 30 minutes until the bacon gets tender, slightly crunchy, golden, and slightly juicy.
