To prepare grilled shrimps you need: eight large shrimp in shells, one tablespoon of good extra virgin olive oil, one clove of garlic, a little sea salt ground in the mill, a little whiskey, two tablespoons of butter, chilli in powder or chopped chilli (in any quantity, for example, one teaspoon), tablespoon of fresh chopped parsley, freshly ground pepper, and one tablespoon of lemon juice.

Melt the butter in a saucepan, add chilli, parsley, salt and pepper, boil them, then remove the saucepan from the plate and add lemon juice. Cut the shells and shrimps along the back, and then remove the black vein. You can leave the shells because shrimps grilled in shells will be more soft and juicy. Mix shrimps with olive oil, chopped garlic, sprinkle them with salt and whiskey. Shrimps need to be left for 15 minutes or even the whole night in a cool place. Then arrange shrimps on a grilling tray, grill for 3 minutes rotating and continue grilling for another 3 minutes. Four shrimps should be poured in a bowl with chilli sauce; others should be poured in the second bowl with ginseng sauce.
