How can I prevent stretch marks?

Stretch marks on the skin occur in about seventy percent of mature and young women. The systematic implementation of procedures that improve the appearance of the skin helps to avoid stretch marks. Stretch marks can appear anywhere on the skin. Most often they appear on  breasts, hips, buttocks, thighs and abdomen.

Stretch marks does not appear only on face, hands and feet. It looks like silvery stretch marks that are arranged radially or transversely to each other. Stretch marks are formed when a woman loses weight rapidly and then gains weight again. As a onsequence, skin stretches and  stretch marks form. Very often, stretch marks appear during pregnancy and during the growing up. They can also occur as a result of complications after formonal treatment (oral and external).

At risk of stretch marks are people with overweight, pregnant women, young people in puberty, bodybuilders, athletes, post-menopausal women, those using intensive diet, low-fat, anorexic. There is no effective way to eliminate stretch marks. Remember about prevention. Use cosmetics firming skin and improving elasticity systematically.
