Grilled Ribs

To prepare grill ribs you need: four tablespoons of honey, four tablespoons of tomato purée, one tablespoon of soy sauce, four cloves of garlic, half a teaspoon of salt, fresh ground pepper, a pinch of hot pepper, 2 kg of pork ribs, and two tablespoons of oil.

Melt honey and mix it with tomato purée and soy sauce in a small saucepan. Then add peeled and crushed cloves of garlic, sprinkle it with salt, pepper, and add a pinch of red hot pepper. Next, ribs should be thoroughly cleaned, dried and rubbed with salt and pepper. Then ribs should be rubbed with the prepared mixture, carefully wrapped in aluminium foil and left for one hour in the refrigerator.

Place aluminium foil on a grill, pour two tablespoons of olive oil, arrange the ribs on it and grill them for about 40 minutes turning. The dish should be served with fresh bread and cucumber salad. Ribs grilled with honey are also finger-licking good, if one likes meat prepared “sweet”.
