Grilled potatoes with rosemary

Grilled potatoes serve as a great side for other dishes e.g. chicken, pork, meatballs, or fish. They can be served with the salad of white or red sauerkraut or the salad of red cabbage with vinegar.

Grilled potatoes are excellent side to main courses. The dish is cheap and easy to prepare, and what is more, rosemary makes the taste of food unique. Ingredients: five potatoes, dried rosemary, olive oil and butter for grilling. Wash potatoes thoroughly, peel them and cut them into quarters. Potatoes can be grilled in a grilling tray or a cast-iron pan. Potatoes need to be sprinkled with olive oil, arranged in a pan, poured with olive oil or covered with slices of butter. Finally, sprinkle potatoes with rosemary. You have to grill them for half an hour, until they get crispy and golden.
