Grilled pork loin

Grilled pork loin is a very tasty and popular dish.

Preparation: cut pork loin into fairly thick slices. Next, prepare the marinade of ginger, semi-sweet white wine, chopped garlic, salt, sugar, honey, sherry, and soy sauce. Put slices of meat into a bowl with the marinade and leave it in the fridge for about 3 hours. After that take the meat out of the bowl, put it on an aluminium tray without draining and grill for about 6 minutes turning it from time to time.

Grilled pork loin heavily sprinkled with herbs is finger-licking good. Tasty sides for grilled pork loin include: mushrooms fried or stewed on butter – champignons, chanterelles and boletus – with chopped onion, pepper and salt. Or grilled or stewed vegetables: pepper, potatoes, carrot, parsley root and, celery with herbs: dried dill, curry, and oregano.
