Grilled Duck

Ingredients for grilled duck: a young duck (about 1.8 kg), salt, fresh ground pepper, 4 spring onions, 1 apple, 2 tablespoons of orange juice, 1 tablespoon of honey, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, and cayenne pepper.

Wash duck first, dry it and rub it with salt and pepper. Duck skin needs to be pricked with a wooden skewer. Clean onions and cut them into slices. Peel an apple, remove seeds and then cut it into segments. Duck should be stuffed with pieces of apple and onions, sewn and stuck on a spit. Mix orange juice with honey, soy sauce, cayenne pepper, and then smear duck with this marinade. Grill duck on the barbeque for about 60-70 minutes until its skin is browned and crispy.

During grilling you should regularly smear duck with the marinade. Another finger-licking delicious grilled dish is chicken breast grilled with honey and tomatoes. Required ingredients: 4 chicken breasts, 5 dag of butter, 1 finely chopped onion, 1 can of tomatoes in marinade, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of honey, pepper and salt. In a pan boil tomatoes with marinade, add soy sauce, onion, butter, honey and spices.

All ingredients should be boiled for about 8 minutes. Then rub all ingredients through a sieve or blend. Dip meat in the sauce prepared in this way. Meat should be arranged on the hot barbeque and grilled for about 15 minutes on each side. During grilling pour meat with the sauce.
