Grilled chicken

To prepare grilled chicken you need: 1 chicken (around 1.5 kg), 1 tablespoon of butter, ¼ teaspoon of ground ginger, a little saffron, salt and pepper.

The recipe for four people. Time of preparation about 40 minutes. To make the sauce you need the following ingredients: 3 tablespoons of butter, ¼ teaspoon of ground cumin, 1 tablespoon of ground sweet pepper, ¼ teaspoon of ground hot pepper, and salt. Chicken has to be thoroughly washed and dried. Liver, heart and lungs have to be rinsed several times. Rub the chicken inside and outside with a mixture of pepper, salt, ginger and saffron. Insert giblets into the abdomen, and if the cut is too large, you can sewn it or fasten it with pins.

Later, the chicken should be wrapped into aluminium foil, belly up, together with pieces of butter and processed cheese. Grill the chicken for about 40 minutes or even an hour on a medium hot barbeque. Check regularly if the chicken has not burned. Ready-to-eat chicken should be lightly browned and golden, slightly crunchy, and damp a little. To prepare sauce you need to melt the butter in a pan, add both peppers, salt and mix them thoroughly. The prepared chicken can be divided into four portions.
