Grilled bananas with cheese are finger-licking good. The recipe for 2-3 portions. Ingredients: 2-3 bananas, not too ripe, 2 large tablespoons of butter, and ¼ cup of grated cheese.

Peel bananas and divide each fruit into 4 parts. Fruit need to be fried on butter until they brown (you can fry them into aluminium foil, in leaves, in a pan). Sprinkle bananas with grated cheese, and then hold them for a minute on the fire. Bananas can be served with roast veal, pork, or ham. Semi-dry Hungarian wines taste great with grilled fruit. You can also grill apples. Do not peel them, but divide each fruit into quarters.

And here is another interesting recipe for a tasty grilled peeled banana. Ingredients: 4 medium ripe bananas, one large orange, honey, brown sugar, and ginger. Wash bananas, peel them, and cut lengthwise. Put them on a tray and top them with olive oil. Banana halves need to be sprinkled with orange juice, and later smeared with honey. Grill them for 3-4 minutes. Then sprinkle them with brown sugar and stir in ginger.
