This diet is a great option for those people who want to lose weight without compromise, while also using the opportunity of rapid detoxing your body, and  for people who like fruits and being on a diet want to eat what tastes good and what they like the most.

This diet is aimed at completely replacing the traditional food eaten by us every day fruit and should not be used by people with less healthy, because like all cleansing diet significantly burden the body. Fruits eaten during this one day gone beneficially affects metabolic rate due to a large amount of fiber contained in them, which is suddenly introduced into the digestive system accelerates fat burning.
