Fecal stains should be removed as soon as they arise, otherwise they will be much harder to remove.

You start from scraping layers of stool from the material. Then dip it in water with the addition of borax. After half an hour remove the underwear and clothing and rinse in lukewarm water. The next step is to wash it in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions with the addition of washing powder. Use enzyme powder if possible. If yellow marks appear on white fabric, then you can wipe it with a cotton ball soaked in hydrogen peroxide or bleach in the sun. Stains after such treatment will disappear.
