Diet apple

Probably we all like apples that in our country are the most common and popular fruit. We should like them even more, that on the occasion of being the foodie of them, we can significantly reduce our weight and get rid of unwanted inches, which we have too much at the waist, thighs or bottom.

Apple diet is very restrictive, and therefore can not be recommended for all persons, but only to those people who are healthy. Three days, during which we will be on this diet should not be extended, as it can lead to a significant weakening of the body and, consequently, for problems such as dizziness or even fainting. For the apple diet we should be well prepared and have a few days prior to the commencement of our limited menu, eat much smaller portions and eliminate meats, sweets and coffee.

They can be replaced at the time of fruit and vegetables, because this avoids gastric upset and other problems of a similar nature. The first day of proper diet eat as many apples as we wanted to, to drink infusions of mint or chamomile and mineral water. On the second day we eat apples and drink only bottled water, while the third and the last still eating only apples we drink at least 2 liters of still mineral water. Less restrictive diet apple can be used for 5 days, in addition to eating fruit with smaller amounts of other food.
